Privacy Policy

Tymely ("we", "us") is a scheduling tool that lets people connect their Google Calendar so others can book meetings with them based on real-time availability. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and how it is protected.

What we access

When you connect your Google Calendar to Tymely, we request the following Google API scopes:

How we use your data

Your calendar data is used exclusively to power your Tymely booking page: showing accurate availability and creating events when a booking is confirmed. We do not read the contents, titles, or descriptions of your existing calendar events beyond what is needed to determine busy/free time blocks. We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data storage and retention

We store an OAuth refresh token so Tymely can check your availability without asking you to sign in every time. This token is stored securely and used only to make the Calendar API calls described above. You can revoke Tymely's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or by contacting us to request deletion of your account and associated data.

Booking information

When someone books a meeting through your Tymely page, we collect the information they submit (name, email, and any notes) in order to create the calendar event and send confirmations. This information is shared only with the calendar owner they booked with.

Third-party sharing

We do not share your Google user data with any third party except as strictly necessary to operate the service (for example, our hosting and database providers, who process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes).
