These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tymely, a scheduling service that connects to your Google Calendar to let others book time with you. By creating a Tymely account or connecting your calendar, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Tymely provides a hosted booking page tied to your account, showing your real-time availability (pulled from your connected Google Calendar) and allowing visitors to schedule a meeting with you. Confirmed bookings are added to your calendar automatically.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your booking page (name, logo, availability settings) and for keeping your Google account connection secure. You may disconnect your calendar or delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tymely to send spam, misrepresent your identity, upload unlawful or infringing content (including logos or branding you do not have rights to use), or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Availability and reliability

Tymely is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for missed bookings caused by service outages, calendar sync delays, or third-party (including Google) service disruptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tymely after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
